I came to Baygold because of the opportunities, but I've stayed because of the people.
Much of my role focuses on supporting our RSE workforce from Fiji, Vanuatu, and Papua New Guinea, and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping people grow, develop confidence, and reach their potential.
Harvest brings together our RSE workers alongside New Zealand-based teams from many different cultures and backgrounds, all united by a common purpose. Seeing people work together, create better opportunities for their families, and grow into leaders gives me a real sense of purpose. New Zealand may not be their home, but for much of the year it becomes one, and the people I work alongside become an extension of my family.
